Company Overview

With over 60 years serving seniors, this family owned and operated senior communities business has locations in eight states and represents over 3000 residents.

Observation

The previous brand visualization had been created in the late 80s and was not delivering on the correct vision for what people experience with the Koelsch brand. The website was also ineffective in lead generation, lacked in high-end web design, and had no integration with other marketing systems.

Resolution

Tilladelse took extensive time to meet with the senior team, visit locations, and learn about the family legacy woven into the experience of Koelsch Communities.
A new logo mark and brand aesthetic was designed to showcase the luxury, sophistication, and quality Koelsch Communities delivers to its residents.
