Company Overview

Capitol Duct Cleaning is a locally owned and operated HVAC business serving western Washington since 1995.

Observation

The owner was disappointed with the national service template-driven website company he was utilizing. The website looked like all other basic template websites. Visitors had no clear vision for the actual quality of service and value Capitol Duct Cleaning provides to homeowners. Unqualified traffic was on the rise, and there was a drop in the optimal traffic looking for their services. Finally, his internal systems were not integrated, making it hard to understand the marketing spend versus return on investment. These problems led to less conversion of traffic into leads.

Resolution

The team at Tilladelse assessed how the (then) current brand had the opportunity to align and exemplify the professionalism, cleanliness, veteran ownership, and quality guarantee for services rendered.

The website was redesigned with original assets exclusive to Capitol Duct. An improved UI elevated the customer experience on the site. Since the new brand and website launch, Capitol Duct Cleaning has received very positive feedback from the market.

Tilladelse found new ways to grow leads and integrate the CRM, website, and digital marketing for full accountability on the marketing spend. Conversion rates are up significantly, and the lead growth targets are being delivered.
