With over 30 years of trusted professional experience in the industry, Sound Business Brokers has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in transaction value and offers a unique service in Washington State. They guide entrepreneurs of all kinds to leave a legacy and help launch others into new ventures.

Observation

Through the discovery process, Tilladelse found that the rich experience Sound Business Broker’s team had is what distinguished them from other brokerages. The previous brand design was completed over 15 years ago, inherited, and never considered a core expression of the owners. The two partners exemplified so many high values, they needed a brand that matched their excellence.

We wanted to bring out the personalities of these brokers while highlighting their expertise as brokers but also as former business owners.

Resolution

We had two goals in mind.
1) Deliver a new brand look that properly represents the quality, professionalism, and ethos of Sound Business Brokers.

2) Increase lead generation (calls and appointment requests) through better engagement on the website.
Current digital tactics through Google paid ads were working, but the conversion rate was underwhelming. From a lead generation perspective, improved user experience on the site is how we saw them begin to reach their intended audience. Since delivering on the new brand and website, Sound Business Brokers have received compliments from their target audience and have gained the conversions they desired.
